Ring Box in Figured American Walnut and Maple

This handcrafted ring box is the perfect place to store that elegant ring, a vessel as unique as the contents it holds. The box sides are tapered, sloping inward and upward making a pleasing geometric form. With its contemporary look, this ring box will make a stunning addition to compliment any jewelry collection for years to come!

This main body of the ring box is made from figured American Walnut wood, a renewable hardwood with varying light and deep brown tones. The lid, box base and interior lining are all made from Hard Maple wood, which is known for its straight grain, and fine, even texture. The inside of the lid is lined in blue and white Japanese Tenugui fabric in the Asa No Ha pattern, a geometric pattern which represents a hemp leaf, and symbolizes strong vitality and growth.

The ring holder is made from a soft felt in a tan color. I choose complimenting colors which I feel appropriately match each specific ring box, however, if you would like a different color felt, the ring holder color can be replaced with a color of your choosing, at no additional cost. Take a look at the photo labeled “Ring Holder Options” showing available colors and notify me which color you would like.

The box is finished with a hand rubbed, durable natural oil and wax blend, free of toxins and VOC’s, that leaves a beautiful sheen with a pleasing natural feel to the wood.
